LEGAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT – NJEDGE
Township of Cinnaminson Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement at the regularly scheduled Township Committee meeting to begin at 6:30 p.m. on June 16, 2025

Title: Reconstruction of Basketball Courts at Garfield Park

The Township of Cinnaminson intends to participate in the NJEdge National Cooperative with Keystone Sports Construction, 1100 Schell Lane, Suite 104, Phoenixville, PA 19460 for the reconstruction of basketball courts. The award of this contract is made pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b) (3), which authorizes local government entities to join National Cooperative agreements such as NJEdge which is a qualifying National Cooperative. Any member of the public will be permitted to comment on the contract at the Township Committee meeting in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act and may submit comments in writing to the Township in advance of the meeting. This contract and the resolution authorizing the award will be available for public inspection in the Office of the Municipal Clerk, at 1621 Riverton Road, Cinnaminson, New Jersey 08077 during regular business hours 8:30am to 4:00pm.
