NOTICE TO BIDDERS

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Township of Cinnaminson for the Purchase of 2011 or newer, regular cab with twenty-five (25) yard rear packing trash style body in the Township of Cinnaminson, Burlington County, New Jersey.

Bid forms, contracts and specifications are on file at the Cinnaminson Department of Public Works, 1601 Union Landing Road, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077. Bid documents can be obtained, in person, by prospective bidders.

Said Bids will be received, opened and read aloud in public at the Municipal Building, 1621 Riverton Road, Cinnaminson, Burlington County, New Jersey on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 10:00am prevailing time.

NO BIDS ARE TO BE DROPPED OFF AT THE PUBLIC WORKS OFFICE.

Bids must be on the bid form provided and must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and the project being bid upon. Said bids shall be addressed to Lisa Passione, Municipal Clerk, Township of Cinnaminson, 1621 Riverton Road, Cinnaminson, New Jersey 08077.

Each bid shall be accompanied by the appropriate bid security, made without endorsement or conditions, as detailed within the specifications.

The award of the contract shall be made subject to the necessary moneys to do the work being provided by the Township of Cinnaminson in a lawful manner. The contract to be executed by the successful bidder will provide that it shall not become effective until the necessary moneys to do the work have been provided by the Township of Cinnaminson in a lawful manner. The award shall further be subjected to the securing of necessary State, Federal and/or Local permits governing the work where applicable.

The Township of Cinnaminson reserves the right to consider bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any bid, and make award or take action as may be in the best interest of the Township of Cinnaminson.
